Booked my spot before I flew to Singapore since I stored my suitcase for 4 days. Was easy to drop it off and also to pick it up again before my flight and the staff is very nice. Would use it again.

Great service allowing me to store 2 large bags for 24 hours while I headed to Orchard Road for an overnight stopover with just a small backpack. Reasonably priced and good location for getting to T1-3. Staff were very friendly and super efficient in registering and collecting the baggage.

I had one pair of shoes attached to my bag. They charge $6 for each shoe which means $12 for one pair of shoes. Furthermore they charge $11 for the bag itself!!!

POOR EXPERIENCE. Would look for alternative and avoid. Went to the counter to ask for assistance to be redirected to their website to book their delivery service, just so the website can advise me to call/email them to book for their service. Had staff members scratching their head clueless and told me to wait in the corner for help. More than half an hour later, who i assume was the manager rocks up and tell me I missed the times slot which was available on the website when I first got there. Besides wasting my time, they seem poorly managed and inexperience with their own system. The older gentlemen / manager should also be reviewed or at least take some management and customer service classes. Was not a pleasant experience.

Used this service for my big check in luggage and the process was so smooth with reasonable price. The staff, Shariff is so kind and polite, helping me and my mom with advices and physically to lift the heavy luggage to the trolley. I recommend this service very willingly with his great sincere help.
