Went to the one around T2 near the Oakley store as I had a day trip outside of SG. Paid with card. Got a QR code for retrieval. Was able to store my cabin bag for 24h just fine.

Great concept. Drop your bags in a secure environment and enjoy the Jewel. Customer service is great. Explained everything well. They simply scan your passport and issue a qr code for pickup. Once you come to pickup, they delete your info while you are still there. Easy pricing structure. You can have your bag wrapped here as well. Wheel chairs and strollers available as well.

They only have 24h rates. We only wanted to store our bags for 1 hour to explore the jewel before our flight. They made us pay 16 SGD for one Bag for 1h of storage...

Total ripoff, the jewel waterfall and forest were closed and they didn't tell us. We left our luggage for 10 mins. Use another service, these guys are crooks
