Someone needs to have a look at your Wasabi Mayo recipe. 1 bite and you'll choke. It's a generous portion no doubt but the idea of Wasabi Mayo is a higher proportion of sweet mayo and a hint of the wasabi kick. Your lobsters showered in wasabi and is drenched.

I ordered the wasabi mayo lobster roll and the flavor was excellent. Unfortunately, it looked nothing like the photo on the menu. The portion was extremely small, and the bun barely resembled a proper roll. For $32.50, it felt very disappointing and poor value for money.
