So happy to try this Chinese coffee shop chain for the first time when I had a layover in Singapore. Luckin Coffee provides various coffee drinks, from black coffee and signature lattes to Oatly and coconut-based options. Besides coffee, they also offer matcha, tea lattes, and frappes. This is a self-order coffee shop, so we could order and pay directly through their self-ordering kiosk. I tried an Iced Americano (SGD 4.80), a cup of iced Americano that was made with fresh, high-quality Arabica beans that I could taste. The coffee taste was more chocolatey with a balanced sour and bitter flavor. I loved it! Recommended! Even when I tried Luckin Coffee in China, the taste was consistently the same. Kudos to Luckin Coffee! 🤩 Talking about the place, the space isn't that big, but it's comfortable to dine in. I even saw some people working from this coffee shop.

The Iced Americano and Iced Latte were quite standard — nothing particularly bad, but nothing memorable either. The flavor was mild and lacked the boldness or depth I usually look for in a good coffee. If you’re expecting a strong coffee punch or rich espresso notes, these might feel a little underwhelming. However, the Iced Creamy Dreamy Latte was a pleasant surprise. It had a smooth, velvety texture with a sweet and creamy profile that blended beautifully with the coffee base. The taste was unique, slightly dessert-like, but not overly sweet, and it definitely lived up to its dreamy name. It’s a fun option for those who enjoy a twist on traditional iced coffee. Service was a bit lackluster. The staff seemed disengaged, and it felt like they were rushing to wrap up for the day — possibly because I came close to closing time. Overall, I’d give the experience a 7 out of 10. It’s an okay stop if you’re at the airport and need a quick caffeine fix, but I’d recommend trying their specialty lattes over the standard options.
