First sip, best deal! Tried @luckincoffee_sg for the first time at Jewel Changi and only paid SGD 0.99 for my iced matcha latte — such a steal! Just download the app, order, and wait for the notification. Took about 20 mins, but worth it. The drink was surprisingly good too! Find it next to Pop Mart — not too crowded even on a weekend.

⭐ 1-Star Review: Extremely Disappointing First Visit I visited Luckin Coffee at Jewel Changi Airport on November 16, 2025 (around 3pm) for the first time and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered the Little Butter Latte because it sounded unique and flavorful, but it was honestly disgusting. My husband tried it as well and also couldn’t drink it. Since I had only taken a couple of sips, I went back to the counter to politely explain that the drink tasted bad to me and that I would like to change it for a different flavor. At many major coffee chains, exchanging a drink you can’t consume is a basic customer service practice, especially when the drink is new or unusual. However, the staff member I spoke with immediately told me I could not change to another coffee. I asked for the manager, only to find out that she was the manager. Instead of trying to help or understand the situation, she repeated that they do not allow exchanges. For a chain coffee shop, this is surprising and honestly unacceptable. Coffee prices are high, and when a customer genuinely cannot drink what they bought, a simple exchange is reasonable and reflects good service. I told the manager that this felt disrespectful. This was my first time visiting Luckin Coffee, and I was hoping to give it a fair try. But refusing to replace an undrinkable coffee, after I paid for it, shows a lack of care for customers. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. A true manager would prioritize customer satisfaction, especially when the drink is clearly not drinkable.

Review of Luckin Coffee @ Jewel Changi Airport Luckin Coffee has always impressed me with its consistent quality — their brews are typically smooth, aromatic, and reliably satisfying. This visit, however, I decided to step out of my usual routine and try the Brown Sugar Boba Latte. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match my expectations. The app doesn’t allow any request for less ice, and I always get uneasy seeing that large scoop of ice filling up the cup. As expected, the drink ended up overly diluted. While the coffee flavour itself was pleasant, the excessive ice overshadowed it. The boba pearls were also disappointing — instead of the chewy, satisfying texture typically associated with brown sugar drinks, they leaned more towards a Thai jelly consistency. That said, the Jewel outlet remains a standout in terms of ambience. Its modern, library-inspired décor creates a calm and elegant environment, perfect for a quiet break. I especially appreciate the new HONOR-themed wallpapers, which add a refreshing, stylish touch to the space. 12 Nov 2025 Update: Luckin recently partnered with Ben & Jerry’s and introduced a new series of cup designs featuring their branding. Along with this collaboration came several new flavours, and one that truly impressed me was the Mascarpone Latte. I’ve tried it a few times now, and each cup has been consistently delightful — rich, smooth, and wonderfully balanced. Overall, while the Brown Sugar Boba Latte fell short this time, Luckin Coffee @ Jewel remains a beautiful spot to enjoy their signature brews, especially with the exciting new flavours on the menu.
