Loved the product. The 1 star is for the product but the Chinese female staff there are very rude to many customer when asking for item. Lucky there was this male staff that was very nice and willing to help. Conclusion, I would still buy Charles and Keith but definitely not in this branch. PLS IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Love the brand, but 1-star for service. The Manager was talking to her colleagues so loudly and there was no filter to the things she said which was unprofessional. It ruined the in-person shopping experience.

Staffs were busy as they have to help many people, many sizes were missing, but nice to get some at a reasonable price

im an airport staff too and i know how to assist customer kindly treat them as a normal customer but the staff who assist my payment not so professional,i suppose ti pay my CAG voucher but half way she leave the counter and end up i paid …
