Had wonderful experience of shopping at SIN Dep. T2 CHARLES & KEITH store. Must to mention about the very hardworking store person Mr. Chua yi heng who kept running across the store for bringing footwear sizes and sharing info on bags and at the same time managing all customers questions with a smile. 5 star customer service from Cola. She was very helpful and friendly. She was professional and very polite. Probably the most friendly person I have spoken to in Singapore. She deserves a raise and her work and customer service should be rewarded.

The staff they hire are literally bullies, they made me bleed and cry and they were just standing around laughing and chilling in the corner like mean girls. I dont know what they are getting paid for they are horrible people.

I bought 2 items at T2 store. However, only 1 item was packed in the bag. The 2nd Item, Wallet was not put in the bag. Purchase date 03.02.2026
