False advertising and poor service👎🏻
​Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Challenger Jewel Changi. I went to purchase the Redmi Pad 2 4G, which was clearly labeled with a retail price of $279. However, at the checkout, the system reflected $299.
​When I pointed out the discrepancy, the staff seemed completely unsure of the pricing. I was made to wait for 10 minutes only to be told that the "promotion" had ended and the price was now $299.
​It isn't about the $20 difference; it’s about the principle of false advertising. For a major player like Challenger, failing to honour a displayed price—or at least updating shelf labels promptly—is unprofessional. The nonchalant attitude from the staff regarding the error was the most concerning part.
​I have been a long-time supporter of Challenger, but after this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering whether I should even bother renewing my membership. It’s a shame to see such "scam tactics" from a brand I used to trust.

I got my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra here! There were only 3 staff members during our visit (waiting for our boarding) so it was understandable how it took quite a while to be assisted by them. The staff who assisted us was kind enough to wait for the card payment and to inform us regarding the GST so I enjoyed basically big discounts!

Bought a Audio Tech earbuds from them, unable to charge up during my flight. Item was defective. Waste of money. Store only know how to push you to get membership.

The modes of payment was not displayed prominently, which resulted in missing out Krispay rewards. Staff refused to reverse transaction on the spot. Overall bad experience.

Bought Apple Watch on Friday, 2 days later went to another outlet, there is promotion for the same product cheaper at $77. Contacted Challenger but no response. :(
