T3 branch has the worst service staff! Visited on 10/9/24 at 6.15pm. Curt replies and rough handling of my cake and cookies by the tall lady staff. Like the baked goods but the service leaves you with a bitter aftertaste :(

The Bengawan Solo brand has been quite reputable in Singapore over the years. This shop is convenient when you need to get that highly requested Pandan cake when you are flying out of Terminal 3. 3 things i get here: 1/ highly requested Pandan cake for HK/ China friends 2/ pineapple tarts- exorbitant but longer shelf life for gifts. 3/ assorted kueh kueh as an inflight snack ( limited assortment vs town shops) Pandan cake remains good after all these years and the price kept soaring. Pineapple tart is quite forgettable these days. Other cookies look nicer because of packaging. Can’t say much about the service or lack of. Changi rewards points credit.
