Poor attitude and hospitality from this flight crew by the name of Karan on AI2107 from Mumbai to Singapore on 20 Dec 202, refusing to collect the tray and rather it be left on the floor of the cabin. Even challenged the passenger to speak to his supervisor and pointed his finger at the passenger in a threatening manner
