Bought tickets but they overbooked the flight and only informed us when we were checking in. Had to reschedule our flight for 14 hours later. Did not attempt to compensate or make up for their mistake at all. Ridiculously bad service.

Very poor experience in mumbai check in the lady didnt know amy rules ( immigration singapore) so it took 30 minutes to check in Then in Singapore office no one answers the phone
