It is a common practice to provide customers with tissue paper for hygienic purposes but this You Men HK Roast does not do that and when we asked, the staff told us to buy a drink before they can give us tissue paper. How inconsiderate! April 18, 2025 (just this morning)...

False advertising. States buddy meal but it was only one plate of chicken rice. Lady at counter was brash. Said it would be too cheap if it was 10.75 for 2 plates. When I was waiting, she asked me what was I waiting for.

Ordered soup, got dirty ask for tissues from seller and he said If I want tissue I need buy drink... I don't want drink to soup! They have no tissues for me. That was terrible experience. Also dishes were not clean properly. Because you tourist they will rip you off.

Ordered char siew and roast pork rice $10.58. The roast pork is bad. Not only is it not crispy, it’s hard to bite through. Rice is ok. Char siew passable. But never go for the roast pork

Had the kway teow with black soya chicken. Although seasoned with dark soya sauce, the chicken was not salty. Neither was the accompanying sauce and kway teow. I had to put some red chilli sauce to make the dish saltier. The chicken itself was quite tender and juicy. I enjoyed the soup too. It was tasty.

Meal package consist of rice with duck, pork, dumpling soup, and veggies for 16,80 sgd. The taste are plain. The portion are good enough. Not so bad.
