Great service but the food not the best. Soft boiled eggs were a bit undercooked, quite a lot of transparent egg white. Teh was decent. Steamed bread wasn't as fresh as other outlets. Queue perpetually long on Monday morning at 10.30am. Seats limited but turnover is fast. Staff clears and cleans tables fast.

visited 1 jan. the kaya in the kaya butter toast was almost non existent, even after I requested for slightly more kaya. Kaya also too sweet. very disappointing in the quality of ya kun toast these days. same issue with the peanut butter toast. Toast box quality is much better
