Nobody ever picks up the phone There is nobody who even answers an email - no way to contact them if you are not physically present at Changi!!

I have always liked this shop starting from my fist visit in Newcastle UK. Glad that it is in singapore good services. A huge change from popular bookshop.

I can only comment on the magazine section. I was transiting from Sydney to Bangkok and needed something to read while waiting. So I duck in to WH Smith to get a magazine. Have to say they are very up to date and very reasonably priced.

Terrible manpower arrangements. Required to buy a charger. It was locked. Cashier has endless long q and it’s endlessly slow. After q was advised no manpower to unlock the item. The store was relatively empty

Staff very helpful but very poor product line. Purchased an inflatable flight pillow which isn't fit for purpose and a ridiculously high price. Thankfully tested it before boarding and asked for a refund. Why is a British brand selling utter rubbish in a highbrow airport?
