This isn't much of a garden, just one small pool with some sad looking lily pads in it. This is more of a smoking area than a garden. I gave it two stars instead of one because if you're a smoker I guess it would be a decent place for a cigarette. But as I'm not a smoker, it was pretty gross.

Nice but it's not a complete garden it is an outdoor smoking area which is allocated in an airport with a beautiful plantation.

The water lily pond is a nice outdoor area for fresh air. It is a great idea, however it also serves as an outdoor smoking area as well. Overall, it is a quiet and relaxing space to explore. Worth taking a quick look if you are in the area.

The changi airport has a small water lily garden. The flowers were very beautiful. This is also the smoking area, so i would suggest not to take children there. It was very well maintained.
