Do not recommend. Saw the staff at the cashier, informed her that I wanted to buy macarons. Then I walked over to the macarons section, waited for 5 minutes or so, but no one came to attend to me as if I am a “transparent” customer. Totally didn’t expect this kind of service from a premium tea salon.

The Filipina staff who served me displayed exceptional courtesy and refinement. She has a gentle approach and welcoming smile. She listened to what I needed. Really appreciated her thoughtful and attentive service. My whole experience was pleasant. Customer service like this makes all the difference.
