One lady staff named Liza who could not even serve properly and another lady and female talking at the entrance. A terrible service rendered by first world airport. Absolutely disgusted by their behaviour. Will not support TWG again!

Very helpfull stafs here and friendly as well…ty twg terminal 2 stafs ^_^ its my first time buy here at this shop and i get very nice vibe…ussually stafs at luxury shop always act irritating and not friendly…ty for being nice and so helpfull

Staffs need to train to be more enthusiastic with various customers. A little discrimination ambient when I (Asean) entered the shop, the sales guy didn't greet me (so disrespectful) and answered my questions in cold manner. Whist another …
