The Tonkotsu Soba we ordered was not hot enough. The soup was too little for the oversized bowl. The Onsen egg was put in a separate small bowl ( I have expected it to be inside the big bowl with the Soba) and it was too raw.

Rich tasty tonkotsu (but not heavy) with tasty good quality crab meat. I like the soba texture. Very nice! One of few michelin star restaurant that not failing me! 😊 …

Pretty disappointed for the noodles and the soup. That explains the low rating from others. There are better ramen in Singapore. The pho not really fantastic. Definitely not returning.

Service staff was good however everything else was just sad. Doesn’t taste anything like one Michelin star. Pork shoulder rice bowl you need to avoid at all cost. Super dry and tough cubes …

Recently enjoyed a 3 course dinner at this restaurant and the food was delicious. The gyoza 🥟 was just the right amount of crispiness and so full of flavour. Next was the Original Truffle Shoyu Soba 🍜 and it tasted amazing - the soup was very flavoursome and the noodles texture perfect. I decided to try the sake tasting set and it combined well with the first two dishes. Dessert was the delicious strawberry ice cream 🍨 to top off my amazing meal whilst waiting for a flight. The only minor issue was experienced with the customer service - staff who greeted us at the front of the restaurant tried to get us to take our luggage to a storage section which was out of sight from the dining area. This is despite other diners being allowed to have their luggage next to them so we had to insist a few times to have our luggage with us. Also I had to get up and let the staff know that I was ready for dessert as they didn’t come to my table even after I signalled to them that I was ready. Overall though I recommend this restaurant for the amazing food.

The service was excellent and the food arrived quite quickly. However, the food was disappointingly less tasty than expected. The atmosphere was nice and peaceful, with little diners there too. Ultimately, the meal was enjoyable and I would recommend it.
