Popular HK cuisine that's value for money. The dining experience is quite instructive on maximizing table real estate where cutlery does not clutter above but neatly tucked away in a built-in drawer. The connecting train to T2/T3 actually passes by diners unaware except those seated at the balcony or feel the vibration as it passes.

Came at low peak timing. No queue. Service was excellence especially thanks to service staff Nyok Sim for her recommendation as I am lost of what should I eat. The noodles textures was good and wantons are fresh. Thanks to the lady chef who made it so delicious. I will be back to try more from the menu.
