I experienced one of the china staffs ( lady) there is very rude. When I asked her something , she can’t even eye contact and look at customer and keep doing her things. She replied me like I owe her money , her face has no smile.

Surprised to find a Toysrus outlet at the airport with indoor playground too. Great ambience for the little ones to run around and special shutout to the female manager who patiently answered my queries on the Blox Fruits merchandise.

I was there to purchase some Hotwheels toys and Staff Elaikiah (I made sure to note her name even though she had no name tag) went above and beyond to help with my questions and checkout. I was impress by her calm demeanor navigating my numerous request.

New store, new design and the whole atmosphere seems very new in a shopping mall by the airport! Though smaller than a few Toy R Us outlets across the island, it has all the toys, gifts and local souvenirs for children and for all visiting Singapore! Bought a few Singapore themed souvenirs from this outlet in Jewel Changi Airport!
