Very welcoming staff, helpful and patiently waiting for me to take decision which fragrance I wanna buy. Prepare your wallet for the shopping spree cause it will make you go wild for they gave us discount if we purchase 2 items and more. It’s not as big as the one in terminal 1 cause terminal 4 is relatively new.

Do not buy at terminal 4, service is terrible and staff didn't inform promotion before payment. The La Mer counter lady are very rude and make sure she grab all the sale . I want go other counter to do payments, she did not allow that . I have shilla member but she told me I did not . All is negative reply.
