SQ's Private Room review π¬ I managed to use the Private Room for a couple of hours while transiting from SQ325 for a couple of hours before the next flight out. Ambience's still on point πββοΈ but food & beverage have definitely lost their wow factor π. Compared to when it first opened, service and quality took a hit. Pitted against other top-tier lounges like Lufthansa First Class (Frankfurt), Qatar Al Safwa (Qatar), La Premiere first class lounge (Paris) and even paid lounges like KLIA Capsule Transit MAX... SQ's private room doesn't quite stack up π€. SQ, maybe it's time to take a page out of others' playbooks π? Bring back the magic and the romance of flying the great way again?

The new Private Room is a significant upgrade from the old one. The design, service, and dining options have all been greatly improved. I particularly enjoyed the comfort of the sleeper rooms and the luxurious showers. Overall, it was an excellent experience, enhanced by the beautiful window views. β€οΈ

One of the best first class lounges in the world. It's not huge like Emirates or Etihad's lounges but it is a cocoon of peace and tranquility, a much needed luxury when you're travelling. Excellent shower facilities and nap rooms are available
