Ordered a flat white and was given a huge cup, filled with hot milk. When we tried to go back to the team, they said this is what a flat white is in Singapore, this is simply not true. No attempt at all from the team to rectify the issue, no refund or replacement offered. Immensely poor service.

Wrap was dry. Staff is constantly bleating "Hi Welcome" which makes it impossible to enjoy your coffee in peace. The male staff with one earring did not charge us for regular coffees but automatically upgraded us to large ones, not to mention the incredibly pushy sales pitch given to every single customer. Coffee was also abysmal
