Her name is Judy. She was rude and not very pleasant. Shouldn't be in a customer service line especially the front line.

Dropped by Cocoa Trees at Terminal 4 and I truly appreciate the excellent service. An Indian gentleman and a Chinese lady assisted me ❤️ both were very friendly and served passengers patiently despite the busy period . They were also fluent in Indonesian, which made the experience even better. Will surely visit Cocoa Trees again.
