Steak was cold when received. Asked for well done but received medium rare. Cashier panic and seems inexperienced, it was at around 2230 hours. No crowd at all. For the price we paid, the service and the food quality was way overpriced.

Took about 40min to receive our food when they said it would only take 15min. It was a very simple order (one carbonara and one lasagna) and we almost missed our flight because of this. Slow service and not very helpful when we asked them to hurry up. Go somewhere else if you do not have plenty of time on your hands.

When you order they don't tell you the waiting time. Typical waiting time for food to be ready is around 45mins to one hour. The staff kept on telling us that the food is coming but we ultimately had to leave to avoid missing our flight
