Disgusting mocha. As if they make it with water. It's dead. No froth. I should have rather had a glass of water

The lady at the counter is rude and unfriendly. Maybe she is alone, but still not a reason to be rude.

I recently visited Singapore with my family for the first time and flew back to India on January 29th via an Indigo flight. During my trip, I decided to try Starbucks for the first time, opting for a medium-sized hot cappuccino. I paid $8 …

Paid $8 for coffee that tasted nothing like coffee. I thought reviews were exaggerated, but definitely not. Avoid.

We ordered a drink without ice. We got literally 90% ice in the glass. On asking the manager, he asked us to purchase a new drink again if we wanted without ice. Pathetic customer service & very rude staff. I think it’s becoming normal for Starbucks to serve plain simple ice for a significant chunk of money.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews about the coffee. I had a latte which was perfectly fine. And I had space to put my luggage while I was there.

Pretty consistent coffee from this Starbucks. It’s slightly small but a great addition to the transit hall. What made this visit great was the service provided by this tallish malay man at the counter, a bright welcome and friendly service, all at 5am where most are pretty much still half asleep! Great work!

Ina or ena. Rude and impolite. Not recommend. Don’t expected this tone of voice that look down customer and impatient from trained barista.
