Ordered my usual hot mocha with additional espresso but hardly taste the coffee taste like water. Not worth the price I paid. The staff on counter also looks tired maybe you should look into staff wellness as well. I am also in the fnb lane and mostly I dont blame the staff but the management if mistakes are done.
