One of the nicest Starbucks in Singapore! It has another floor upstairs where there’s a large seating area. Just don’t come on the weekend because it’s perpetually full.

There were no windows in the space, but the chic lighting and interior, characteristic of Starbucks Reserve, created a calming atmosphere where I could enjoy my coffee. And my kids enjoyed their chocolate chip vanilla frappuccinos. A robot was moving around the store collecting dishes, which struck me as quite unusual for a Starbucks.

Be prepared to queue. I was very excited to visit Starbucks Reserve at Jewel, but unfortunately, the service from the staff was disappointing. Although the queue was long, the staff were impatient when I was trying to pay using my Starbucks card, which took a little extra time. Despite the beautiful setting, the overall experience was soured by the lack of hospitality. I hope the service can be improved to match the premium atmosphere of the store.
