I went in the store to ask if someone could help me change out my temporary overseas SIM card for my usual one and Kelvin was so nice and helpful right from the get go. He replaced both mine and my daughter's SIM cards and he did it in like one minute! Both Kelvin and Fianeis were both so friendly and kind to us. I was in quite a hurry to get to my next flight and I really appreciated their help. Next time I am in Changi airport, I will stop by just to say hi. :)
