Extremely poor customer service that does not want to help me with my package issue. I do not recommend ordering online, no after sales support at all. If I could give them a 0, I would.

One of the reasons i kept going back to this store is because of the staff. Very friendly and helpful. He went his way to check if the store had the merchandise that i wanted. He showed me stuff which were on sale and happy to see Jungkook figurine! I am pleased with my purchase and will go back for more!
