Finally decides to catch a movie here but was slightly disappointed with the smaller than expected screen in its IMax theater. Watched Avatar in 3D and despite being in "best" seat (D12), the edges of the screen were visible and rob the immersive experience a little.

Watched Top Gun Maverick at the IMAX Jewel. Was expecting a larger screen and more surround sound. Bit underwhelmed. The actors and actress close up shots though was good and you could see every wrinkle.

Angel was pleasant at the concession stand. The place is clean and nice. I just think the display screen for the menu could be bigger so people queing can see the options and decide before they get to the cashier.

Saw Alien: Romulus. Fantastic Dolby 7.0 sound. The only this is the freezer temps (bring a jumper or even little blanket!) But Shaw Theatres are a great cinema complex, and right at The Jewel.
