Plump lady with spec, cold service. Shop was empty but she was lazy to serve customers by telling us more about the luggages. Pls la u r not even a flower vase, more like a paper weight.

Medium sized store but has a lot of choices of Samsonite products. Sales staff are friendly and helpful. No hard selling.

The staff is not very helpful, luggage damage in store yet no compensation. Thank you samsonite I am a loyal user of you but I am in doubt now.
