Plain and simple doctor is missing in action and was told to wait up to an hour for him/her to be back. Will not be filling any ridiculous form from raffles abt this experience - this is just to educate other fellow passengers it’s not a clinic you should rely upon.

Came for a medical need (needed to take a medication) and was turned away. This is the worst experience at a Raffles Clinic. I have been to other Raffles clinics at the other terminals and they were all supportive for the exact same need. I see other bad reviews here. Not sure why Raffles is not taking any action.
