Exceptional support and patience for Staff, Jia Xin! I was having difficulties reaching out to PS Pedro so alternatively had to call in the next nearest outlet (to my place) which is at Jewel, Jia Xin offered to get the size my husband wanted from T1 Pedro outlet as we gotten the wrong size at PS the day before. She was calm and professional, never sounded irritated at all and I'm very pleased with the service, thank you 🫶🏻 PS: hope I got her name correctly, very sweet lady!

Was served by a lady Aibeth on the 11th Dec. Very very pleasant lady, her customer service was top notch. Was more than willing to assist me with a friendly smile, truly a service from the heart. She offered me more than what I expected. Hope to see her succeed in whatever she does.

Good service and courteous staff who were helpful. I bought a pair of shoes a size too big. Went back to change and they readily let me. Had been wearing Pedro shoes gor many years. Generally like the design and comfort.
