It is conveniently located near the exit of the arrival area in Changi Terminal 4. You can grab a quick bite after a long flight and before the ride to your destination in Singapore. Lots of freshly baked bread. The price is reasonable, although of course, you can get cheaper bread and pastries outside the airport.

Paris Baguette is consistently excellent, and I’m so glad there’s a decent place to grab a quick meal and drink at T4 now. They have the best coffee of any major bakery/coffee franchise (in my view) and their royal pudding is simply divine.
