Ordered original coconut and taro. The taste is okay for my personal liking. It's more like coconut milk for cooking with no oily feel when you drink it. I just expect the taste is more like refreshing coconut water. I accompanied this drink with roast pork, roast duck, and char siu, it's great. It will easily makes you full because of the "heavy" taste.

I was sending my family off at the airport and decided to buy them coconut coffee. My queue number was 493. After placing the order, I saw number 492 on the screen about 20 minutes later, so I placed my receipt on the waiting counter and stood there waiting. After quite a long time, a staff member finally told me that they had run out of coffee. This kind of service is really uncomfortable. First, if the ingredients were unavailable, customers should have been informed at the time of ordering. Second, when I asked to cancel the order, I was told it could not be processed and that I would need to replace the item and start again. Most customers at airport outlets are in a hurry to catch flights. Service like this is really concerning.

Taste just decent, so-so. Not worth the queue. The coconut shakes will be better off if without the coconut shredded. Expect a 15-30 minute queue before you can place an order, then wait again for your order to be ready. No seating area at all. Not sure with all the hype is all about

It seems like this is a mandatory drink if you visit Singapore, which is the weather quite hot. Try the fresh coconut signature share (lite series) plus topping coconut ice cream, it tastes fresh & very delicious. Usually I just buy the medium size. Mr Coconut on Jewel was the first drink I bought after I landed at Changi.

I went twice because I didn't want to believe how bad it was the first time. You get three sips of the drinks before you are left with solely ice and the customer service is none existent. I won't make the mistake of being back a third time.
