Really nice waffles, freshly made and really good value for money. There's loads of little bakery snacks so there's something for everyone.

This place is open 24 hours. The lady that sell has to learn about service with a smile especially working in Singapore Changi Airport. Everytime I bought a waffle, I just don't feel good because of her moody attitude. Bad!

Had a super unpleasant experience with the staff. Refused to let us know if there was an airport staff discount when we asked and then displayed a very poor attitude when we seek clarification on the payment made. It’s a shame since the waffle is actually quite tasty unfortunately, the experience is a downer.

Got the pandan waffles cause they're generally pretty good I guess. Super popular in the CBD. but had to score low in his review cause my waffle batter literally had paper inside it. Think something dropped into the batter and the staff didnt notice. Kinda disgusting tbh 😕 …

Buying a lot of bread here, and ask if can have one tissue or extra plastic, and the server say cannot. How stingy. Cust service 0 even after diligently buying here when visit changi. But good, will never patron this place again.
