The health screening experience was great but the follow-up was lousy. There was missing report and lack of urgency in the BOT customer service. All attempts failed at getting any human response after 4 days. And yet I was advised to see specialist for follow-up but without the missing report. So how / what am I supposed to do then?

Booked a health screening at Jewel and the nurses and doctor were all very friendly and polite. Nurse who drew blood could find my vein quickly and drew 3 vials of blood effortlessly. The whole procedure was over in 1.5hrs. Definitely will come here again for my annual health check.
