One of the best outlets in singapore. Latest products available. Quite warm inside the store tho. Hope management can do something abt it.

Cute little pieces which look amazing but not so expensive as we think but are not so cheap they are at affordable prices

Very rude staff, came in at 9:35pm and google review and Changi app says the shop closes at 10pm. Staff came to chase us out very rudely. I hope the management can look into this and train the staffs to provide better service to customers. If the store does not close at 10pm, please revise your operating hours.

Lots of assortment of gifts and souvenirs and great service too, but is the ac not turned on? It feels more cooling outside the store than inside, i find myself sweating quite easily while picking out gifts

The staff had a bad attitude. I just asked if the product was still available and they replied reluctantly that it was not. Please train your employees well.
