At terminal 2 ..a Indian sales staff was rude n unprofessional. Didn't bother to share prices n make customer feels lousy.. You need to take action on your store service if not I will escalate to changi airport group.

Worst place where they treat customers disrespectful and inhumanly, especially the white women who speaks in Tamil and from Malaysia. When we take time to check model and price, she just says to either buy or go away and not to waste her time. Such a cheap behaviour. She represents the face value of that brand. Don't go to this place

The above reviews are correct. The sales person told that she has given 30% plus additional discount on the said price. But it was not true, not given single cents as a discount. I was in hurry for boarding while transit from Singapore. It was kind of cheating.

Nice collection and friendly staff. Malini was amazing and was very helpful in explaining the various aspects of how to buy diamond jewelry. It was a great learning experience and we Will visit again.

Very rude and dishonest. Quoted one price and paid $3000 Aus on credit card..requested refund and is still pending.. Be VERY AWARE!!
