Terrible!!! There was a sign to say "Will be back at 4:45pm". At the time of posting its 5pm and there is no one to be seen at the stall. The queue has build up to 6 groups and pple have started to leave.

Very bad service! The worker were talking on the phone or was in the toilett for over 20 min! When we ordered the worker seemed very angry. She didt answer our questions and took a deep breath. I understand why this place have a 3 star

Cannot linked Changi reward point, cannot pay by pay wave, have to pay by cash only because the staff nagged that we try to use Kris pay and hang his system, and apparently according to him his cash system always hang

I love Krispy kreme because of how delicious the donuts are but this certain location gave me a bad donut. You can tell it wasnt made fresh and probably a day or two old. Do not waste your money here
