Visited this place hoping to get nice meal and customer service, which were extremely bad rather worse. All I can say just dont visit this shop even if this is the only shop open in the airport.

Still no improvement. Service at the coffee kiosk is slack and slow. Service personnel don't seem to be interested. Just taking their sweet time serving.

Never improve, b4 COVID and now after COVID. Their counter services are terrible slow. Take for granted, Q build very fast. One has to wait at least 10 minutes being asked for order.. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO IMPROVE???

All the staff in this outlet is very rude. I was here on the 15th March 2024 at about 8 am. All the was rude and the lady doing the bread is the worst among all. Never expect such a rude treatment in a World's best Airport. Very disappointed.

This place is so filthy. Opened 24 hours? What a joke, only two stalls opened. The trays are so filthy, covid-19 and it's mutations could not survive. At least we saw no flies. Probably died from the food.

Food looks old and lame. The saucer so damn dirty. The egg looks hard boiled already even I order 2 soft egg. The service so terrible and the muslim lady was very rude and not accommodating. I hope Singapore Terminal 4 will do action to it. So sad for my visitors they experienced their bad behaviour.

Worse experience in Singapore ever, expensive with extremely small portions, only a slice of tomato and 2 slice of lettuce in the soup, others shop is much more recommended

If this place wasn't the only 24/7 drinks stall here, I doubt it would have any customers at all. Terrible service, very poor attitude, staff seems to be racist (change of tone when encountering customer with mainland Chinese accent), and …

Speed is very slow take 15 minute to order two can of drinks, you would rather walk somewhere to buy drinks management have to change or improve
