Really good ramen here. The staff were really professional and goes all out to make us feel comfortable. We are a family of five and space in this restaurant is limited yet the staff added chair for us and help make our dining experience better. The ramen were really good. We ordered 4 regular size ones. Price wise is ok for the quality. My boys mentioned the ramen were comparable to our Japan experience recently :) keep up the good standards !!!

First time visit around 7.30pm on Saturday. Long story short, 4 of us went and none of us ate similar thing, yet all of us had diarrhoea afterwards. Quite crowded and very hot in general I feel. The food was decent, and in comparison to a chains like Ippudo, in terms of taste and quality is comparable or one might say better, but why 2 star out of 5 ? 4 of us went, and the only thing we ate in common was this ramen place. In fact, 2 of us didnt eat anything but this ramen place. 2 of us ordered ramen, 1 ordered fried rice and another ordered mazesoba. But the outcome is all of us had diarrhoea. 4 of us ate different menu and the only thing common was kyoza, even then some of us didnt touched the gyoza. In such scenario, if only 2 of us who ate the ramen had diarrhoea, id say maybe the ramen had issues, but the 4 of us all had diarrhoea and there was no other meal or consumption to justify this diarrhoea. My guess is, the restaurant was rather hot, and the likelihood of something turning bad is very much possible. It could have been something else that triggered this diarrhoea but I can hardly pinpoint elsewhere. Despite the decent taste, quality and presentation, and atmosphere, I dare not return due to hygiene concerns, and chances are, if you are another customer seeing this review, I can tell you the taste is decent, but I have no idea why we all got diarrhoea. If you are the owner looking or the operations managers looking into this, you can reach out to me instead of telling me to reach out because I had specified all the informations here and was very detailed about it. The incident occurred 10th Jan 2026.
