One of my go-to spots for Hong Kong–style roast meats.The roast duck was crispy and juicy, the black pork char siu sweet and tender, and the crispy pork belly had perfect crunch. The goose liver sausage was nice and flavourful . Very friendly service , worth a stop if you’re at Jewel.

I was craving roast duck while transiting in Changi Airport, and Kam’s Roast turned out to be the perfect spot. The roast duck was flavorful, and the roast pork had perfectly crispy skin. I do wish there were an option to have the duck deboned, but overall, it was a great meal. Highly recommended!
