I used the bag drop next door. Very convenient, 24 hour open, good service and very safe. Saved me from lots of baggage during my trip in Singapore!

Unfortunately, Malaysian Airlines operates out of Terminal 2, so I couldn’t complete early check-in at Jewel. I had to bring all my luggage to Terminal 2, where the MAS early check-in counter is located near Pillar 7.

Came at 550am and there was a snaking queue of travellers waiting to enter. Took almost 1h to reach the reception to learn that the showers were already fully booked. The receptionists were cold and seemed to dread their work even though they have just started their shift.
