I had a really quick and positive experience at this store. Was attended to immediately by a bubbly and friendly (Malay?) male staff member (whose name I’ve forgotten; so sorry!). Got a new iPhone 16 pro case and screen protector. He was easy to talk to and provided excellent customer service. Keep it up!

Lack of basic service and courtesy. Going in to be greeted with a lady with ‘I’m better than you’ sort of attitude because they know chances are you are coming in for the latest Apple product and she has the power to sell you or not. Seems doing minimal level without any effort to try to be helpful. Agree with the recent other review perhaps these certain sales rep will decide whether there is stock or not for on demand goods depending on their mood. If you do not have stock for a certain model, you could at least mention what alternative models are available or something small like ‘oh they were all sold out earlier today’ to be helpful. You would expect 5 star service and attitude for airport shop but what I experienced was far worse than local iStudio shops. If I could give 0 I would.
