Picked up a bottle worth 2$ but was not refunded the remaining amount of 5$. Please refrain from using this automated setup as it fails to charge the correct amount to your card.

Couldn’t access the door to grab anything. Tap twice but grab zero and get a bunch of the confusion. And my friend was charged $7 sing for a soft drink. No recommendation to this one.

The worse shop in Singapore. The system is stupid. It charges money to enter. But coffee was half cup expresso. Despite selecting milk. Hope we get balance amount.

I had to tap my credit card twice to enter the shop, so guess what happend, AI system charged me twice. System is good but not good enough. They should have a tap- ticket dispense system which will prevent this. So tap - get ticket - enter …
