The baked cheese tarts are excellent so no need to review them any further. Tried the ice cream this time around and it’s really quite good! Thick cheesy taste and quite filling as well. Had it in a cup and was able to take around 15-20 mins to enjoy it. Lovely.

Review of Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart @ Changi Airport T3 Public My first visit here was rather disappointing — the egg tarts tasted decent but could have been better. The experience was further dampened by the staff’s rude and unfriendly demeanor, which gave the impression that they weren’t putting much effort into their baking or service. Revisit – 1 November 2025 You’ve improved!! I’ve also increased my rating for you! The Chinese baker I met this morning had a far better attitude than most of the previous staff — polite, pleasant, and professional. Keep up the good work with both your baking and service level. I also noticed you’ve introduced some new recipes, which is great! I quite liked the Vanilla Custard Tart, which was smooth, fragrant, and not overly sweet. I wanted to try the Apple Crumble Danish, but it was already sold out. Perhaps it would be helpful to tag “Sold Out” on such items so customers know in advance. It’s encouraging to see your improvements — keep it up!

The serving staff is so nice and friendly, lighting anyone’s spirits with her smile and warmth. Hope she keeps her spirits with everyone she meets. I don’t see any tables or seats for dining in so the tarts and pies are only for takeaways. …

Located at changi airport terminal 3 level B2. Best baked cheese tart. The price definitely above average. Price around $3 each. I dunno why, I just want to try 1, but end up order 5, because buy 5 get 1 free. Original, chocolate, bluberry, durian flavor are available. Recommeded for those egg tart lover.

Nice cheese tarts in a variety of flavors. Limited public seats around the place. The tarts are ready on display so purchases are snappy.

Haven't tried the actual baked cheese tarts but the soft serve is soooo good! It's so sweet that you can't stop eating it, especially the cream cheese!

The taste is excellent! Love the chocolate and durian flavour. The crust wasn't oily at all and taste like biscuits. Love it!
