Visited the t3 Hermes’ store in the departure hall after my flight and was served by Sherilyn. She was extremely professional, helpful, and patient when I enquired on a few leather goods even when I had no active profile there. Thank you Sherilyn! I love my new bag charm, and will be back to visit during my next flight out.
