Told the guy it's too little milk. He insisted that he added a lot but said that if I wanted to add more milk you would have to charge me. True enough it tasted horrible. When I told him that it was indeed too little milk he ignored me and walked off. Wonderful customer service.

Quite long I didn't eat at Heavenly Wang so came here for a change. They have a strange system in which staff get staff discount but no cake which comes with the set, which is fine I wanted cake so I chose normal meal without staff discount. Food came very fast; also cos the queue was very short only 1 person in front of me. Teh O very sweet and nice but maybe too sweet for some people, mee siam has that nice soury taste. The soya sauce for my soft-boiled eggs is really one of a kind, nothing comes out no matter how you shake and push it out. I tried to turn the cover also doesn't work. I've never experienced any restaurant or coffee shop in which their soya sauce doesn't work. I feedback to a lady at the counter serving food, she asked me to take another soya sauce which I did. It still couldn't work! I feedback to her again and she 'Zhe' at me. I'm the customer being inconvenienced by your badly designed soya sauce bottle having to walk up and down to get new bottles and she's the one getting annoyed! It's the only the 2nd time I feedback about it! By the time I got 1 of the bottles to work, she called me and showed that it trickles out slowly. I said I already got 1 of the bottles to come out the same way. Please fix this as it'll only annoy more customers and your easily annoyed female staff also. Only the service by the Filipino guy is prompt and good. She should learn from him how to serve nicely and patiently. Also, it's so hot there my sweat kept trickling down as if I'm in a sauna. As soon as I walk out, I feel the aircon of the airport and the strange thing is that there's no wall or door separating the restaurant from the rest of the airport.
